## **Electronic Keybox Solution Delivered by Medeco® and Telaid Unlocked Cost Savings For One Major Retailer**

# **Imagine losing $50 million a year in wasted time.** A major retailer discovered that its key management system was costing them a fortune. Every day their store managers would distribute and collect back keys from multiple employees, which was an inefficient and costly process. The solution was a new key management system—one that would support greater security while also saving the retailer time and money. Medeco, a division of ASSA ABLOY and market leader in locks and locking systems, partnered with Telaid to deploy sophisticated electronic key cabinets across all stores.

**Find out how this major retailer:**

- Automated and streamlined the key distribution process with the deployment of electronic key cabinets from Medeco.
- Overcame numerous logistical challenges in the deployment process with the help of Telaid and Medeco
- Achieved nationwide rollout of the keyboxes in more than 4,000 locations in only 9 months.
